They are a great source of micronutrients such as copper, iron and manganese, all of which are important in the formation and strength of bones. Eating regular grapes can prevent the onset of age-related diseases such as osteoporosis.

When it comes to vegetables, radish primarily enhances immunity with the high content of vitamin C it contains, protecting it from cold and cough. Radish is a good source of anthocyanins that keep our hearts working properly and reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases. It is also high in vitamin C, folic acid and flavonoids.
